I just finished the book The Not Yet God in a study group. I have been a member of Subud and have done their practice for almost 50 years. I am a psycho therapist who mainly uses Internal Family Systems. Ifs, in my practice and well as nvc. I find these practices deeply spiritual are constraint release practices. We accept and care for protective parts which allow us to heal and unburden our excited shadow parts with Self or life energy.
