I am a running coach & runner exploring the ways we know ourselves & our world more fully through a movement practice. It is not possible to separate this from the religious impulse, in my opinion.. Process theory/theology potentially presents a very helpful modality to engage with this in a nonthreatening, empowering & embodied manner. Very interested to learn more.
