Biographical Info
Professional sculptor with BA and MA (1979) in philosophy. Longtime interest in process psychology (Eugene Gendlin), and pre-Whitehead process thought (James, Dewey, Bergson, Teilhard), phenomenology (Heidegger, etc), and the proto-process views to be found within Rennaisance Hermeticism including modern expressions such as the Gurdjieff Work. Have finally been catching up with Whitehead himself and process theology for the last year and a half, and discovering the fuller detials of this beautiful expansive community of thinking and feeling. I am particularly interested in pre-verbal, prehensive awakening and it's relationship to the arts, personal transformation, and spirituality (mainly through the simple Focusing practice of little known process psychologist Eugene Gendlin). I'm so happy to find this group.
