Biographical Info
I'm a Clinical Associate Professor of Global Liberal Studies at New York University since 2010. I have an interdisciplinary background (PhD Philosophy, Fordham; MS Chemistry, Georgetown), and I teach a 3-course sequence of interdisciplinary humanities as a history of ideas course, from prehistory to the present. My research explores interactions between philosophy, science, society and the mythological imagination of technoscience from process philosophy and feminist perspectives. Current areas of interest include biomimicry, artificial intelligence, and laboratory reconstruction of alchemical laboratory experiments.
